Notice of awarded contracts to the following providers:

ITB Requirement 6 - The provision of bilingual advocacy Provider 1: Vandu Language Services Provider 2: Crystal Clear

ITB Requirement 7 - The provision of video relay interpreting services of British Sign Language users Provider 1: Signlive

to the specified Sussex Health Organisations from 1st November 2022, for a period of 3 years. The Lead Contracting Authority, NHS Sussex, also on behalf of the following organisations (participating authorities):

University Hospitals Sussex Foundation Trust Sussex NHS Partnership Foundation Trust Sussex NHS Community Foundation Trust East Sussex Health Care Trust (from 1st June 2023)

Sussex NHS Health services have a duty to offer high quality, joined up interpreting and translation services for all service users who require communication support.

Please note: requirements 1-5 have been procured via an existing framework and were not part of this opportunity.
