GB-Egham: RHUL-24004 Procurement of A Rapid Thermal Processor plus Associated Purchases and Support

Description

Formal quotations are invited for the supply, installation and commissioning of a Rapid Thermal Processor (RTP), plus associated hardware, software and licensing, upgrades and updates and the provision of support, training and instruction. Please see the RFQ documentation for full details. The instrument will be integrated within the University's advanced nanofabrication Superfab facility within the Department of Physics. The requirement also includes a minimum warranty for 12 months, ongoing maintenance, and a no-commitment sum of 0 to 250k gbp to cover any associated purchases (including upgrades, servicing etc) that may be required over the anticipated lifetime of the equipment. We have also included a request for costed options for the provision of an associated water-cooled chiller, isolation transformer and gas distribution panel for consideration. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
