## Description

The Service Provider has been appointed via call-off contract to work with TfL to optimise the energy efficiency of selected premises and sites, improve the energy performance of its assets through measured and verified energy efficiency improvements and/or energy generation, reduce emissions and save money through cost avoidance associated with guaranteed kWh savings and/or income generation\.
