AT1133 Rough Sleeping Outreach Service

The Council requires an assertive outreach service that will offer support to people rough sleeping, those raising money and those facing multiple exclusion homelessness to access the specialist health and accommodation services available to them. It will offer a full reconnection service that will support people to reconnect to their Local Authority or country of origin and will adapt and flex resources to provide early identification and prevention when people who have been moved off the street are at risk of returning.
