## Description

The Cabinet Office is seeking a Research Consultant for the study into vulnerable Veteran Study\. They will require the development of covid-19 survey, launch and promotion of the survey\. Analysis of survey results and delivery of reports with high level results\. Survey development, survey launch, analysis of results and high level report are mandatory\. Any additional analysis with any deep dives are excluded as they are not in scope for this cost\.
