Work description
Leicester City Council wishes to appoint one specialist supplier of decorating materials and associated sundries used by qualifying Council tenants via the use of Electronic Decorating cards system. The supplier must have retail outlets in Leicester where qualifying tenants can purchase decorating only goods using Electronic cards at beneficial rates.
