This Tender is for the provision of gas servicing, boiler replacements, responsive repairs and TMV servicing and as such will be derived from the heating work stream from the original DPS\. All Suppliers invited to this opportunity have passed the minimum requirements of Procurement Hubs Property Works DPS the Official Journal of the European Union \("OJEU"\) reference number 2016/S 170-305523\.
