## Description

The Children's Services directorate require a cloud-based software solution to assist the Special Educational Needs team in establishing and managing Education Health and Care \(EHC\) Plans as part of delivering their core activities\. The system aims to provide transparency and the chance to collaborate with families, professionals and education establishments in supporting Children with Special Educational Needs\. This Contract has been procured on a 3\+1 basis via the Crown Commercial Service G-Cloud 13 Framework\.
