## Description

The Council is looking for a Contractor to provide a suitable Delivery Point for the safe receipt of Municipal Residual Waste delivered under the Contract, ensure the safe and environmentally sound handling of Municipal Residual Waste from acceptance at the Delivery Point to the point of Recovery / Disposal and comply with all aspects of the requirements of service and any applicable legislation relating to the Contract\.
