## Description

The project at 190-196 Romney Avenue, Lockleaze, Bristol, comprises 12 affordable homes made up of four terraced houses and eight 1-2 bedroom apartments\. This tender followed a competitive call off via WESTWORKS Development and Construction \(CONST\) DPS, category 2 and 3\. OJEU Contract Notice 2018/S 155-354660\. The call-off terms which shall apply are the JCT D&B 2016 Contract with Schedule of Amendments\.
