NHS Framework Agreement for Hepatitis C medicines for Midlands & East and North of England regions and NHS Framework Agreement for Hepatitis C Medicines for London and South of England regions Period of framework agreement: CM/PHR/17/5560/01 - Hepatitis C medicines for Midlands & East and North of England - 1 April 2018 - 28 March 2019 with an option to extend (at the Authority's discretion) for a period or periods up to a total of 12 months. All of the awarded frameworks were made on the basis of the model form framework agreement. Redacted award schedules have been attached for each of the awarded suppliers.
