## Description

This contract is awarded to Avison Young \(UK\) Limited in order to provide appropriate resource to manage the business case and subsequent negotiations on a commercially sensitive matter on behalf of the Department for Transport's Group Property\. This is a short-term requirement, which will require the Supplier to provide nominated resource to work on an exclusive and full-time basis in-house for Group Property, from July 2024 to September 2024\. This contract is direct awarded from Lot 1 of CCS framework RM6168 \(Estate Management Services\) and will run from 1 July 2024 until a mutually agreeable date in September 2024 The maximum value of this contract is £50,000\.00 excluding VAT
