AWARDED: TRCF3086 - Specialist Property Support on Business Case Development and Negotiations

This contract is awarded to Avison Young (UK) Limited in order to provide appropriate resource to manage the business case and subsequent negotiations on a commercially sensitive matter on behalf of the Department for Transport's Group Property.

This is a short-term requirement, which will require the Supplier to provide nominated resource to work on an exclusive and full-time basis in-house for Group Property, from July 2024 to September 2024.

This contract is direct awarded from Lot 1 of CCS framework RM6168 (Estate Management Services) and will run from 1 July 2024 until a mutually agreeable date in September 2024

The maximum value of this contract is £50,000.00 excluding VAT
