Burwood House is located on Caxton Street, in Victoria\. It is a seven-storey building including basement and ground floors containing retail, storage, and car parking facilities\. The proposed refurbishment and reconfiguration works are likely to include: \* Overhaul and redesign of the main entrance and reception \* Refurbishment of lift cars \* Overhaul of the lower ground floor, with a focus on improving the arrival experience through the entrance and circulation spaces \* Full refurbishment of the three vacant upper floors \(Third, fourth and fifth floors\) \*Potential replacement of all building services\* Sustainability works with an aspiration of achieving EPC B \* Equality Act 2010 compliance \* Full refurbishment of demised WCs and \* Office fit-out to varying levels of specification \(Cat A, A\+ and B\)
