## Description

Workstream of the West Midlands Bus Franchising Programme\. The services include project management leadership of the Customer Workstream, customer experience design support, stakeholder and customer engagement strategy support, governance reporting, decision-making paper coordination, risk management support, business analysis support and preparation for Day 1 customer-facing operations under the bus franchising programme\. The contract covers up to 120 consultancy days over a three-month period\. Delivery will be provided on a flexible hybrid basis, with attendance at WMCA/TfWM sites and relevant meetings where required\.
