NOTE: This notice was updated on 30 March 2017 for the following reason: Derby Homes would like to advise prospective tenderers that due to unforeseen circumstances, this project has been postponed\.To strip off and renew the roofcovering to 75 roofs including topping up loft insulation if required Provide new UPVC fascia and soffit boards replacing gutters and RWP's where required Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
