## Description

Charnwood Borough Council is seeking to appoint experienced consultants to prepare a Town Centre Study to support its policies in its new Local Plan\. Charnwood Borough Council is preparing a new Local Plan and requires robust evidence to inform its planning policies for town centres and retailing\. This evidence is needed to inform a draft plan due for consultation in October 2018\. The Council's detailed requirements are defined in the Specification\.
