Work description
Charnwood Borough Council is seeking to appoint experienced consultants to prepare a Town Centre Study to support its policies in its new Local Plan.
Charnwood Borough Council is preparing a new Local Plan and requires robust evidence to inform its planning policies for town centres and retailing. This evidence is needed to inform a draft plan due for consultation in October 2018.
The Council's detailed requirements are defined in the Specification. The last date for request of documents is the 22nd June 2018, with tenders to be returned on the 29th June 2018 - 12 Noon.
