Customer Relationship Management Tool for BCP Leisure Centres

Customer Relationship Management cloud software product which is used for online services including payment services, booking fitness sessions, and new memberships.

This contract is for the use of Gladstone Leisure Management software - Leisure Centre Management software used by Two Riversmeet and Bournemouth Indoor Bowls Centre (BIBC), Dolphin Leisure Centre, Rossmore Leisure Centre and Ashdown Leisure Centre.

Under this agreement each Leisure Centre will have an individual site licence that includes 6 logins. Following configuration, all Leisure Centres will be moved to the Gladstone 360 product to ensure consistency across all sites.
