## Description

Nottinghamshire County Council \(the Council\) is seeking tenders, on behalf of Ashfield District Council \(ADC\) for a single Contractor to carry out the Domestic Property Health & Safety Check / Service \(PH&SC/S\) programme to domestic properties owned by ADC\. The Contractor will be required to carry out the Domestic Property Health & Safety Check / Service \(PH&SC/S\) programme to domestic properties owned by ADC\. These works will include completing essential safety checks within a domestic dwelling such as: • Gas servicing and safety checks • Domestic electrical inspections • Smoke alarm tests • CO alarm installation and testing • Unvented hot water storage cylinders • Air to air unit servicing and repair • Heat Interface Units
