## Description

The University of Southampton has a requirement for a Consultant to provide civil and structural engineering duties in accordance with the provisions laid out in RIBA Plan of Works \(2020\) Stage 2 in relation to the University's student residential portfolio\. The Consultant's duties under this contract will include establishing the scope of the structural work and civil engineering up to RIBA stage 2 and ensuring that design is properly coordinated with other team members\.
