The Business area are being provided targeted support to assist in the development and implementation of a new Target Operating Model for AFC. Key activities include piloting new tools and ways of working across business areas, finalising and embedding a prioritisation tool with appropriate governance, integrating HMRC high-performing team behavioural recommendations, and sharing best practices and case studies from government and industry to inform implementation and drive continuous improvement.
