Tender for a Data Management Platform

The Open University (OU) is tendering for a Data Management Platform to be delivered as a Software as a Service (Saas)/cloud based solution, including support and maintenance. The platform must be capable of delivering the following core competencies: Data Quality, Data Governance, Metadata and Master Data and must be delivered as a single integrated environment. The solution may scaled up and be rolled out further across the OU subject successful implementation. The contract is for an initial period of 3 years and may be extended by the OU for further periods up to a maximum of 10 years in total at its discretion. We also require support and technical expertise to help implement the solution.
