## Description

The City of Wolverhampton Council \(CWC\) is seeking contractors to deliver new homes and regeneration projects within Wolverhampton, via a Framework Agreement, with the potential to be used by other local authorities, ALMOs and registered providers\.\\r \\r CWC wish to procure a framework for the design, pre-construction services, construction and delivery of new homes and housing solutions\.\\r \\r The 4-year Framework will comprise of 3 Lots:\\r \\r Lot 1 - Tasks on small infill sites of up to 3 Dwellings;\\r \\r Lot 2 - Tasks on infill sites from 4 up to 20 Dwellings;\\r \\r Lot 3 - Tasks on infill sites of over 21 Dwellings\.\\r \\r The nature of the works includes,\\r \\r o The construction of homes, including but not limited to, houses, apartments, and bungalows\\r \\r o The construction of homes for rent, sale, and shared ownership \(in some cases mixed tenure\)\\r \\r o Land remediation\\r \\r o Feasibility, design, and construction services
