Description

We are requesting a quote for the delivery of a Leadership Development Programme to commence in September 2025, with a duration of 12 months. The programme is intended for a maximum of 12 delegates and we are seeking a provider who can facilitate the training and provide accreditation through either the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) or the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). The purpose of the programme is to equip emerging senior leaders and middle managers with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to lead effectively within a local government context. It will cover a wide range of leadership competencies, from strategic thinking and financial management to emotional intelligence, collaboration, and political awareness. The programme should include the following: We have developed a training framework that includes: • Structured learning across four phases • Workshops, guest speakers, and real-world activities • 360-degree feedback and psychometric assessments • A final group project and leadership presentation • An emphasis on embedding core values such as respect, integrity, and making a difference
