Southampton Christmas Lights and decorations scheme 2016

Southampton City Council is seeking proposals from suitably qualified organisations for the design, installation, maintenance and removal of festive lights and decorations in Southampton city centre and Bitterne Precinct for the 2016 Festive period. The council is open to imaginative ideas and suggestions on how to best illuminate the city centre and Bitterne Precinct.
