1-1050 Working Patterns - Programme Manager

Highways England is looking to set up a contract for provision of a Programme Manager. We would be looking for The Consultant to provide a full time Programme Manager resource from 1st April to 30th September 2020 to programme manage the delivery of a transformation project called Working Patterns. Working Patterns is a significant and complex transformation for Operations which will see the introduction of demand led working patterns (together with supporting processes and systems) for all Traffic Officers and control room staff. The change delivered by this project will be one of the biggest changes Highways England have delivered with our control room and Traffic Officer colleagues for about 10 years.
