## Description

Synchronicity Care Limited \(SCL\) require provision of a Rating Consultancy Service\. SCL are awarding a contract to Knapman Roocroft Limited via call-off without competition through NHS Shared Business Services \(SBS\) Framework SBS10166 Hard Facilities Management 2 - Lot 7\.2 Rating Support Services \(Expiry Date: 11 October 2026\) for a period of 36 months \(with the option to extend for a further 1 x 12 months\)\. SCL will pay the following percentage rates: A fee of 5\.00% of rates savings arising from the Compiled List assessment and a fee of 10\.00% of rates savings arising from a Material Change of Circumstances\.
