CDM Principle Designer Services - Newark and Sherwood District Council

Newark and Sherwood District Council are currently developing site to provide a temporary accommodation complex known as Severn Hills. We are looking to appoint CDM Principle Designer to administer the Principle Designer duties for the project. The project is to carry out the demolition of existing site structures and to provide new build accommodation units. The approximate budget for the project is 3 million pounds. The intended start on site date is September 2021 with completion around May 2022.
