Regulatory Recovery

Tender submissions are invited from organisations who specialise in the Social Housing sector, more specifically in the areas of rents and the application of the associated regulatory and legislative requirements within a business context.

Bidding organisations will be required to:

o Submit pricing for the work packages outlined in section 3.2 of the tender document.

o Outline their proposed approach to enable Beyond Housing to recover its G1 status through the outputs of the work specified
