Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) looked to procure a lead organisation to deliver a Digital Skills package to business across GM, which forms part of the commissioned provision element of the wider ESF Skills for Growth programme.

This opportunity was procured as a further competition through GMCA's Education, Work and Skills Flexible Procurement System.
