Work description
The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) is commissioning research to gather data to enable a detailed assessment to be undertaken, of the likely impacts on residents and site owners of a change to the 10% commission on sales of park homes. The assessment will inform a decision on whether a change is needed and, if so, what change.
