Income Management contract

The Civica Income Management system already provides the council with modern, efficient and robust systems which is already incorporated into other applications currently in use. The new contract will also include continuous improvement by delivering significantly improved functionality which will allow for increased flexibility, productivity and a better resident experience. Continuing with the current application also allows resources to be concentrated on the new Finance replacement system. In addition, this will free up staffing resource to enable more value-added work and projects to be conducted.
