Work description
The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames (the 'Council') is seeking a Contractor to provide services undertake the design of the two sites beneath and beside Kingston Bridge and under Skerne Road railway bridge, with primary regard to landscape, lighting and wayfinding design.
