GB-Cromer: PROC124 Legal Services for Council Tax, Business Rates and Debt Recovery

To provide legal advice to the Council with regards to Council Tax, Business Rates and Debt Recovery. Service provided must be:- 'end to end' Preferred provider will have specialism in Local Authority matters Respectful and aware of Local Authority policies, procedures and sensitivities to debt collection Must be specialists in insolvency Must be specialists in 'F' exemption matters Must have significant expertise, experience and robust methods of tackling rate avoidance and exemption/discount abuses

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
