Quotations are invited to produce an Employment Land Needs Update: 1. To review relevant background information; 2. To undertake a commercial property market assessment; 3. To review the amount of employment land lost to other uses and the rate of take-up of employment land over recent years; 4. To review the criteria for assessing the performance of existing employment sites and potential for new sites. Surveys to be undertaken by City Council officers. Consultant to review and analyse the findings and what it means for the study; 5. To produce employment land-demand and labor-supply assessments and provide some conclusions on how this can be met by the future land supply available; 6. To prepare a draft report for review and then a final report.
