Description
The Better Care Fund Support Programme is commissioning research to understand what preventive and proactive care initiatives - aimed at enabling people to stay well, safe and independent at home for longer - local areas, across England, have invested in, and the extent to which these initiatives have been effective and cost-effective. We are interested in initiatives and services which have both a health and care component and which are funded either through the use of Better Care Funds (wholly or partially) or using other health and care budgets or using other sources of funding. The contractor will collect, and subsequently synthesise, any local planning or evaluation material relevant to the above. We are interested in either published or unpublished material. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
