Affordable Workspace Viability Assessment

Contract award notice for consultancy services with up to a maximum contract value of £50,000 over a 2 year period to provide ad hoc viability advice to the council on planning applications at zero cost to the council.

This supports the objectives of the Industrial Strategy, Local Plan and recently-adopted Affordable Workspace Supplementary Document (SPD) to deliver affordable workspace.
