Exeter City Council is undertaking an early-market engagement exercise in relation the future refurbishment of a small but popular outdoor water play facility at Heavitree Play Area in the heart of Exeter \(EX1 3DS\)\. Suppliers are invited to provide feedback on outline proposals to help shape a future procurement exercise\.
