## Description

The works are to convert an existing 4-bedroom detached bungalow into a safe environment for 1 or 2 young people to live with 24-hour staff supervision\. The works include design and install of a new heating system, full redecoration, new driveway and boundary fencing and general improvement works\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
