Opportunity Development Site Assessment

London Borough of Barnet wish to commission an Opportunity Development Site Assessment. This is a high-level capacity study to explore the development potential of the New Southgate opportunity area. It is envisaged that the outcome of this proposal would result in the identification and development of a pipeline of viable development and placemaking projects/opportunities in the New Southgate area as well as the identification of support infrastructure such as transportation improvements which could help unlock the identified development opportunities. it is also envisaged that the outputs from this proposal will provide the information required to successfully utilise future housing and regeneration funding opportunities such as One Public Estate, Brownfield and Land Release Funds, Levelling up funding, GLA affordable housing funding.
