Greater Manchester, Merseyside and Cheshire Region commissioned a 'Personal Development' pre-screening tool and developmental learning materials to support relevant sections of the prisoner population, E.g. young adults and the hard to reach, to develop their skills, behaviours and attitudes to support their onward engagement with education, skills and work.
