## Description

CCW wishes to appoint a market research agency to provide two research services: A\. Omnibus surveys Currently, CCW commissions two to three omnibus surveys each year\. These have covered a diverse range of topics such as ways of disposing of fats, oils and greases, and attitudes to tap and bottled water\. B\. Online panel surveys These have so far covered things such as SME awareness of the retail market and awareness of CCW\. In February 2020, CCW launched WaterVoice, a six-month pilot of an online research community\. This will provide qualitative views on all manner of water industry related issues\. It is possible that this will trigger more need to have quick and flexible ways of validating WaterVoice views with a representative and robust sample of bill payers or consumers\.
