## Description

Consultancy for approximately 30 months, providing AWE with the Programme Initiation Partnership \(PIP\) support\. The scope of the work will include providing guidance around the structure, function and delivery of programmes of work\. • Provision of functional support to delivery of projects\. • Supplement and re-enforce existing teams to support enduring delivery on live/future projects\. • Deployment of specialist and subject matter expert capability in the delivery of the overall programme\. • Setting up for success, including culture, behaviours, stakeholders & management arrangements\.
