## Description

The Works requires the design and construction of Contractor led turnkey retrofit energy efficiency works to be carried out in Bradford, Calderdale and Kirklees to 30 houses and flats owned or managed by the Employer in accordance with PAS 2035\. This is a direct selection from the Installation and Repair Framework \(lot 15\) based on the best route for the employer\.
