Work description
"Parklife Football Hubs" is an FA-led national programme for investment in football facilities. The Football Foundation is the delivery arm of the FA. The Football Foundation has set up, through OJEU-compliant process, a "Changing Rooms" procurement framework to provide FMC services in support of Parklife. This is an OJEU-compliant "Framework Managing Consultant (FMC) for Changing Room Facilities". Wigan Council, working with the Football Foundation, have selected three preferred sites which are proposed as locations for football hubs under the Parklife programme. This project consists in carrying out, through Framework Management Consultants (FMCs), feasibility works to ascertain the viability of those sites, prepare site designs, identify any issues that may affect subsequent design, planning and construction, propose mitigation measures accordingly and produce and take forward the relevant planning applications for the proposed football hubs.
