Work description
This project is work to enable the extension of the existing strength and conditioning gym into the adjacent laboratory. The procurement route being used is the Procure Partnership Framework Agreement.
Form of Contract: JCT Intermediate Contract with CDP.
The aim is to increase capacity of gym facilities, to allow for larger student groups, in line with teaching & utilisation requirements
