West Brom and Rowley Economic Apprasial

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (SMBC) wish to appoint a consultant to undertake a value for money exercise using the AMAT tool as well as other available sources of information for the West Bromwich and Rowley sections of Sandwell's Towns Funds bid with the aim of producing a positive BCR for the project.
