## Description

Ofcom has a requirement for Online Harms Stakeholder Mapping\. Ofcom has a requirement for a comprehensive list of organisations and individuals with insight on how digital platforms operate and the impact they can have on people's safety and rights\. This is not limited to organisations and individuals whose work relates to the digital environment specifically\. We also want to know about those who hold expertise on \(for example\) human rights, vulnerable communities or individuals, and the various harms that users may be exposed to online\.
