## Description

South Staffordshire District Council has been successful in securing a grant from the Football Foundation to contribute towards the creation of a new 3G all weather pitch at Wombourne Leisure Centre\. As part of this project the existing dry side changing rooms that serve the pitch require refurbishment\. The works required are demolition, roof works, drainage, plumbing, heating, cubicles, flooring and benches\. Full details of which can be found within the specification document\.
